Events and ways to help the school raise money!
Buy your St. Edward Raffle Tickets:
(Raffles are held last Sunday of the month.)
This is an ongoing fundraiser for the school. This is the start of the new year for the raffle. Tickets for the whole year (this will put you in the raffle each month automatically) sells for $60.00. Your chances are better with this than with the lottery. This is a fundraiser we would really like to see grow.
Verizon Extra Credit for Schools Program:
If you are a Verizon Long Distance customer (or become one) you can sign up to have 5% of your monthly long distance go to our school. If you want more information about this go to www.verizonld.com/extracredit or call 1-877-X-CREDIT. Kind of nice to have your phone bill money benefit something else.
Lands End School Catalog:
The Lands End Company has our school mascot on file in their school catalog area. If you order anything from the Lands End School Catalog or Lands End School Web site they will donate 3% back to the school. The only thing you need to do is give them the Preferred School Number for St. Edward, which is 9000-6854-5. This number is on the back of the catalogs I have in the school office, or that you picked-up at the Mothers Club meeting on Monday.
Where is the Mothers Club Money Going?
Some money is being tagged for New Classroom Books! In general it helps the school funds.
