Purpose

    Physical Education involves individual development, social interaction, and knowledge and activities related to lifetime activities in order to live a more healthy lifestyle. Physical Education provides an environment where students learn self-awareness, skills in activities with health benefits, development in self-direction, and an environment for students to learn physical fitness skills and activities while being physically active.
