Language Arts –

A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun or nouns. 

The words he, she, it, I, we, you, and they are pronouns.

The pronouns I and me take the place of your name.  Use I in the subject of a sentence.  Use me after an action verb.

Pronouns I, you, he, she, it, we, and they are used in the naming part of a sentence.  Pronouns me, you, him, her, it, us, and them are used in the action part of a sentence.
